Our 30-day return policy
We want you to love your Veyraine piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Unused pieces in their original packaging, with all parts included, may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Pieces that have been installed, hardwired or altered can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective.
Email hello@veyraine.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the item back.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
